Leviathan Sellers (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides Amazon FBA reimbursement recovery, account management, and product research services. Our office is at K10, Near Genda Circle, Vadodara, Gujarat 390007, India. For the purposes of the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Leviathan Sellers is the data controller for personal information collected through this website, leviathansellers.com.

This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, who processes it on our behalf, and the rights you have over it. We do not sell personal information, and we only collect what we need to respond to you and provide our services.

Leviathan Sellers is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc. “Amazon” and related marks are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates.

1. Information We Collect

Contact and audit requests. When you submit our contact form to request a free audit or ask a question, we collect your name, email address, Amazon marketplace, the service you are interested in, and — if you choose to provide them — your phone number, monthly revenue range, and message, along with the time of submission.

Chat messages. If you use Levi, our website chat assistant, we process the messages you type in order to generate a reply. Conversations are not saved by our website — closing the chat ends the conversation. Please do not share sensitive personal information in the chat.

Usage and analytics data. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site — for example, which pages are viewed, the type of device and browser used, and approximate location derived from your IP address.

Correspondence. If you email us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the contact details and content you send.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to your inquiries and audit requests.
  • To deliver and manage the services you engage us for.
  • To operate, secure, and improve this website.
  • To comply with legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. Who Processes Your Data

We use a small number of service providers to run this website. Each processes your data only as needed to provide its service:

  • Google (Gmail SMTP): contact-form submissions are delivered to our inbox as email via Google’s Gmail service. Where configured, a copy is also delivered to an internal notification endpoint we operate so our team is alerted promptly.
  • Google (Gemini API): messages you send to Levi are transmitted to Google’s Gemini API to generate the assistant’s reply. Google processes this data under its own terms; we do not store the transcripts on our servers.
  • Google Analytics 4: collects the usage data described above on our behalf.
  • Vercel: hosts this website. Like any hosting provider, Vercel processes technical request data (such as IP addresses) in server logs to deliver and secure the site.

4. Cookies

The site itself does not set cookies for its own features. On your first visit, a consent banner asks whether you allow analytics cookies. Google Analytics 4 loads — and sets cookies (such as the _ga family) to distinguish visitors and measure site usage — only after you click Accept. If you click Reject, analytics never loads and no analytics cookies are set. Your choice is remembered in your browser’s local storage so the banner appears only once; to change it, clear this site’s data in your browser and choose again. You can additionally block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics entirely using Google’s browser opt-out add-on.

5. Legal Bases for Processing (GDPR)

  • Contract: handling your audit request and delivering services you engage us for, including steps taken at your request before entering a contract.
  • Legitimate interests: operating and securing the website, responding to general inquiries, and understanding aggregate site usage.
  • Consent: analytics cookies are set only after you accept them via the cookie banner (see Section 4). You may withdraw consent at any time.
  • Legal obligation: retaining records we are required to keep, such as invoicing records.

6. Data Retention

We keep contact-form submissions and email correspondence for as long as needed to handle your inquiry, provide services, and meet legal or accounting obligations, after which they are deleted. Levi chat conversations are not stored on our systems at all. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics configuration. You can request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 7).

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live — including under the GDPR if you are in the EU or UK — you have the right to:

  • Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Request deletion of your data (“right to be forgotten”).
  • Restrict or object to how we process your data.
  • Receive your data in a portable format.
  • Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.

8. International Transfers

We are based in India, and the service providers named above (Google and Vercel) may process data in the United States and other countries. Where data originating in the EU or UK is transferred internationally, these providers rely on recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses under their own data-processing terms.

9. Security

The site is served over HTTPS with modern browser security headers, and we collect the minimum information needed for each purpose. Contact-form and chat requests are validated and size-limited on our servers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information using reasonable technical and organisational measures.

10. Children

Our services are directed at businesses and this website is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Third-Party Links

Pages on this site may link to external sites — for example our social profiles on LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, and WhatsApp. Those services have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our services or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision, and significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
